Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead the store on Chicago Ave. The GM will oversee all shift activities, enforce policy, ensure customer satisfaction and drive store profitability.

You should be a natural leader with strong math and judgment, capable of multitasking and guiding a team through daily operations. Advancement paths exist within the franchise network, including opportunities toward ownership and corporate roles.

Formación

• Must be able to manage all shift activities including cost, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
• Strong communication and ability to follow policies 100% of the time.
• Experience in food service or quick-service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
