Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Scottsdale is seeking a proactive Tour Guide to greet prospective purchasers and guide them through the tour experience with professionalism and customer focus.

You will showcase resort lifestyle and amenities, learn guests' vacation interests, and support the Sales team to prepare for ownership presentations, delivering a memorable, high-quality customer experience aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Arizona Real Estate License within 90 days of start.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with prospective purchasers.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to participate in licensing program and sales career path.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with prospective purchasers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout the tour process.
• Build excitement by showcasing the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program, lifestyle, and resort amenities.
• Learn and understand each guest’s vacation interests and needs to set the stage for a compelling sales presentation.
• Support the Sales team by preparing guests for the ownership presentation, creating a smooth handoff that maximizes engagement.
• Provide a welcoming, memorable, and high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of Holiday Inn Club Vacations.
• Deliver the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience.
