Ideal candidates bring prior experience in residential security or related fields, possess required certifications, and demonstrate discretion, strong communication, and calm decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications

• Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response.
• Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Perimeter Security & Access Control: Monitor and secure property boundaries, gates, and entry points.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate CCTV, motion sensors, and alarm systems.
• Emergency Response: Act as first responder to medical emergencies, intrusions, fires, and incidents.
• Routine Patrols & Area Sweeps: Conduct patrols to ensure zones are secure.
• Family & Staff Interaction: Maintain professional demeanor with household members and staff.
• Incident Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents.
• Coordination with Protective Details: Support mobile protection teams during arrivals/departures.
• Protocol Enforcement: Uphold household security protocols including photography and guest access.
