Qualifications

• Five or more years of job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Effective and confident client communication.
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
• Active listening and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide counsel.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend deposit, loan, and digital banking solutions.
• Originating and closing consumer loans and opening accounts.
• Maintain FINRA registrations to support referrals to wealth management teams.
