Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years in a racing engine environment.
• Hands-on engine, cylinder head and sub-assembly builds.
• Deep understanding of internal combustion engines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with precise engine build measurements and tooling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and prepare production race engines for TRD’s race teams.
• Assemble components according to engineering specifications, following established processes and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality work, addressing both scheduled and unschooled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Take ownership of meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.
• Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.
• Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.
• Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area at all times.
