Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Part-Time Paramedic to provide high-quality medical care and emergency response services at a luxury private community. You will work under the Program Coordinator, deliver clinical care, stabilize patients, and coordinate referrals while maintaining EMS readiness and telemedicine capabilities.

Join a team focused on discretion, compassion, and client safety. One 8-hour shift per week, including evenings, weekends, and peak event times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred.
• State or local health system license required; national credentials preferred.
• Certifications: PALS, ACLS, and PHTLS are required (instructor preferred).
• 3 years of 911 ALS field experience is required; additional credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care for members and guests, with prompt treatment of emergencies.
• Assess patient conditions and provide stabilization until advanced care arrives.
• Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in clinic and response vehicle.
• Coordinate referrals and telemedicine consultations with physicians.
• Maintain electronic medical records and report patient encounters.
• Provide on-site medical coverage for private events and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with Program Coordinator on operational protocols.
• Inventory management, equipment checks, and maintenance of supplies and vehicles.
• Develop or maintain policies for clinical operations including telemedicine and evacuations.
• Perform cleaning, care and disinfection of clinic and work area.
• Build professional relationships with members and guests, upholding the program's reputation.
