Job summary

Crisis24, a global AI-enhanced risk management provider, seeks an Acute Care Paramedic to deliver concierge-level medical care, hospitality, and customer service to clients and locations. You will mentor staff, provide high-quality emergency and preventative care, coordinate referrals with U.S.

healthcare providers, and maintain medical supplies and records in a demanding, client-focused environment. Must hold NFREMT Paramedic license and Florida certification, plus BLS/PALS/ACLS/PHTLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Must hold NREMT Paramedic License and Florida Paramedic certification or ability to obtain.
• Provider certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, PHTLS; instructor certs preferred.
• 5 years of 911 ALS field experience; 3 years in Critical Care Transport preferred.
• Preferred: CCEMTP/CCP-C/FP-C or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train local Security staff, EMRs, and Fire & Safety personnel to national standards.
• Provide preventative, therapeutic and emergency medical care to clients, staff, and guests.
• Coordinate medical referrals with US healthcare providers including telemedicine.
• Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and EMS vehicles per policies.
• Maintain electronic medical records and incident reporting; monthly service reports.
• Develop and update clinical operation policies including telemedicine and medevac.
• Ensure safety inspections, first aid kit readiness and incident reporting.
• Deliver staff/client training programs; assist with in-home concierge services as needed.

Job Summary:

This position is dedicated to the provision of concierge-level medical care, hospitality, and customer service to specific individual clients or specific locations for members, staff, and guests. The Acute Care Paramedic will provide quality and excellence in the delivery of emergency and preventative medical care and training services to patients and local providers. This role is critical in setting and exceeding delivery and service expectations for clients and team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides mentorship and training to local Security staff, EMRs, and Fire & Safety personnel in best practices aligned with U.S. NREMT, NAEMT, AHA standards, and team dynamics, ensuring excellence in medical policies and procedures.
• Provides preventative, therapeutic, and emergency medical care to assigned clients, members, staff, and guests.
• Coordinate's medical referrals and consultations with U.S healthcare, local and remote physicians, including telemedicine consultations.
• Maintains all supplies, medical equipment, and emergency response vehicles according to manufacturer's recommendations and Company procedures.
• Maintains inventory of all medical supplies and equipment on the property. Requests medications and supplies for restock through the correct channels.
• Maintains electronic medical records system and reporting of all patient encounters.
• Assists with developing or maintaining policies and procedures for all clinical operations including telemedicine capabilities and medical evacuations.
• Completes monthly consolidated reports for clinical services provided as requested.
• Generates and maintains accurate records for services rendered as requested.
• Performs cleaning, care, and disinfection of the clinic and work area.
• Ensures the area is safe by conducting inspections to ensure first aid kits are up to date, safety procedures are being followed, hazards are addressed, and incidents are reported
• Develops and presents training programs for staff and clients as requested.
• In-home concierge medical and emergency response services may be required/requested.
• Perform all other duties as reasonably assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Associate degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field is preferred.
• NREMT Paramedic License is required.
• Florida Paramedic certification is required, or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS and PHTLS provider certifications are required, instructor certifications preferred.
• 5 years of 911 ALS field experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Care Transport or an equivalent setting preferred.
• Preferred credentials include - AHA Instructor cards, AMLS, PEPP or EPC.
• Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Program (CCEMTP), Certified Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) or Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C) credentials through the International College of Advanced Practice Paramedics or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals is preferred
