Qualifications

• Knowledge and proficiency in a clinical environment is required.
• Customer Service - able to provide high level service to targeted client base and act as an internal advocate.
• Team-oriented and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across levels.
• Effective communication in both verbal and written form with professional tone.
• Strong organization and time management, capable of independent work and prioritization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Clinical and BLS care for members and guests during emergencies.
• Assess patient conditions and stabilize until advanced care arrives or transport is arranged.
• Maintain readiness of medical equipment and supplies in clinic and response vehicle.
• Coordinate referrals and telemedicine consultations with physicians.
• Maintain electronic medical records and report patient encounters.
• Provide on-site medical coverage for private events and coordinate with staff.
• Assist with inventory management, equipment checks, and maintaining records.
• Ensure compliance with client procedures and telemedicine capabilities.
