TheKey is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to provide discreet, premier 1:1 in-home nursing for VIP clients. You will manage flexible shifts (8–12 hours) as a W2 employee, with full benefits and dedicated clinical support from TheKey's care team. Autonomy, privacy, and high‑quality care are at the core of this role, with scheduling aligned to client needs and your availability.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, vital signs, wound care, medications).
• Coordinate client needs, including supplies and transport as needed.
• Maintain timely documentation using digital tools and communicate with families and care team.
• Educate patients and families for ongoing health management.

What You’ll Do

As a Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discreet, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using our digital tools and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our care team.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and care management.

Qualifications
