Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and broader branch customers. You will manage complete banking relationships, pursuing growth through referrals and internal/external networks.

You will partner with specialists to connect clients with experts for tailored financial solutions, while promoting convenient, self-service access and maintaining adherence to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deepening client relationships.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, and state registrations or plan to complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for Chase Private Client and other clients in the branch.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to optimize products and services.
• Coordinate with specialists to connect clients with experts for complex financial needs.
• Facilitate access to self-service options for clients 24/7.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
