Qualifications

• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow balances.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and networking.
• Comply with regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank, TILA, and licensing.
• Prepare for required FINRA/SIE exams and state registrations within timelines.
• Possess or obtain SIE, Series 6/7, and Life licenses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Chase Private Client clients in the branch.
• Manage clients' banking relationships with an advisory approach to recommend best products.
• Coordinate with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to provide 24/7 access to accounts.
• Adhere to all internal policies and regulatory banking requirements.
