Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients in a Chase Branch, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored banking solutions with a proactive, advisory approach.

You will manage client relationships end-to-end, promoting digital tools and personal service, while meeting regulatory requirements and licensing timelines. The role requires weekend/evening hours and a strong client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships through an advice-based approach to recommend the best products and services for their financial needs.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
