JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers within the branch. You will manage their complete banking relationship with a proactive, advisory approach and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, driving growth, and guiding clients toward the right education and financial solutions while maintaining compliance and stellar service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with success in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Must complete SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations and Life licenses within 180 days or already have them.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes client lives easier by setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
