Job summary

Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC) seeks a Pickleball Instructor to help athletes of all ages reach their pickleball goals in a safe, engaging environment. You will develop skill-based programs, coach with strategy, and deliver exceptional member service in alignment with MAC values.

The role requires coaching expertise, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. MAC offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment for professional growth.

Qualifications

Coaching and customer service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of pickleball skills, rules, and strategy.
CPR/AED, First Aid, and SafeSport certifications required or obtainable within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver individualized pickleball instruction and training programs.
Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive coaching.
Teach fundamentals, advanced skills, and game strategy in private and group settings.
Create a safe, supportive environment for all athletes.
Submit lesson billing accurately and on time.
Respond professionally to member questions and concerns.
