Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a dedicated Pickleball Instructor to lead sessions at our St. Paul, MN site. You will demonstrate coaching skills, teach fundamentals, explain rules and scoring, and adapt to players of different abilities to deliver a positive member experience.

This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be determined by location, qualifications, and experience. We value safety, fun, and engagement for all participants.

Qualifications

• Certification as pickleball instructor (PPR/IPTP/PCI/RSPA or equivalent).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from recognized bodies.
• Minimum two years pickleball playing experience.
• Experience coaching beginner and/or intermediate players.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to navigate onboarding and timecard systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe pickleball instruction to members and guests.
• Teach fundamental pickleball skills, explain rules and scoring clearly, adapt to varying skill levels.
• Create a positive and engaging participant experience.
• Work on-site at the client site in St. Paul, MN.
