Equinox in Los Angeles is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to empower members through personalized programming, high-touch service, and career growth.

Under two managers, you will build client bases, manage schedules, and deliver assessments, guided workouts, and customized plans for in-person and virtual clients.

The role offers competitive compensation, benefits within the first month, and pathways to management, with earning potential over $100K depending on client base and performance.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a bachelor’s degree in the field.
• CPR/AED certification is required (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• Responsive communication skills and time management are essential.
• Basic computer and technology skills expected.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule within scheduling systems.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments and guided workouts for clients.
• Coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Create a safe, organized fitness floor during shifts.
