Job summary

Equinox is hiring as a Personal Trainer to empower clients through personalized programming, education, and financial planning guidance. You will work under two managers, building a scalable PT career and contributing to a culture of excellence in wellness.

Responsibilities include PT business management, client development, scheduling, and delivering assessments and customized workouts. You will engage members and participate in ongoing education to advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
• CPR/AED certification current or opportunities available.
• Ability to start at a higher tier based on experience/education.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge of fitness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Plan and execute personal training sessions.
• Manage and schedule client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members.
• Provide fitness assessments and guided workouts.
