Equinox is seeking a Personal Trainer in New York to build client bases, manage appointments, and market highly personalized programs. You will deliver fitness assessments, coach workouts, and provide exceptional club hospitality while advancing professionally through continuing education.

Ideal candidates hold a current PT certification (or be willing to obtain one) and CPR/AED. Strong communication and time management are essential for success in a fast‑paced luxury fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification required; certification reimbursement available.
• Ability to work in‑person during weekdays/weekends.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments and personalized programs for clients.
• Support member experience and club hospitality.
