Job summary

Equinox Houston is seeking a full-time Personal Trainer to mentor clients and design personalized fitness programs, helping members maximize performance and results. You’ll build an active client base, conduct assessments, lead training sessions both in-person and virtually, and collaborate with management to deliver top-tier experiences.

Compensation includes education time, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members.
• Interact with members to enhance their workouts and club experience.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
• Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions.
• Attend and participate in required meetings with management.
