Job summary

Equinox is seeking talented Personal Trainers for clubs in the Financial District of San Francisco. You will develop client programs, conduct assessments, and deliver high‑quality coaching to drive results for members.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification at minimum.
• Ability to work in-person weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule with client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members/clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services and programs.
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor.
• Attend Continuing Education to elevate knowledge and promotions.
• Participate in management meetings as required.
