Equinox Fulton Market is seeking a high-performing Personal Trainer to build a strong client base and deliver exceptional training experiences. You will conduct assessments, design personalized programs, and guide members toward their goals while working with two dedicated managers.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Eligibility to begin a higher tier pay rate based on experience and education.
• Certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule and appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products.
• Administer fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Interact with members to enhance workouts and overall club experience.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe, organized fitness floor during shifts.
