Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to build client bases, manage schedules, market training programs, and stay knowledgeable about club services. You will deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and tailored programs for both in-person and virtual clients.

Ideal candidates hold current PT certification, CPR/AED, and can work weekdays and weekends. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced luxury fitness

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, including appointments and availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products.
• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
