The Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach is seeking a Pastry Cook for the upcoming 2026-2027 season. You will prepare desserts, pastries, petit fours and related confections for both a la carte and banquet needs under the direction of the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities include measuring, mixing, quality checks, stocking ingredients, setting up buffets, and plating desserts for events while maintaining high sanitation standards. This is a seasonal, on-site role with EOE/DFWP.

Formación

• Education: one-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Language: ability to read, write, and speak clearly in a hospitality setting.
• Math: basic measurements, fractions, and scaling for recipes.

• Prepare desserts, pastries, petit fours, and confections for a la carte and banquets.
• Set up and stock ingredients for desserts and events.
• Assist with plating desserts for banquets and maintain sanitary work areas.
