Crisis24 - Private Strategic Group (PSG) is seeking a dedicated Executive Protection Agent for a part-time role in Southern California. You will operate with precision, discretion, and elite readiness to safeguard executives, staff, and assets in dynamic environments.

Ideal candidates bring executive protection or related security experience, valid credentials, and a commitment to proactive, professional service in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
• Valid Guard Card and firearm permit; U.S. Passport & Driver's License.
• AHA BLS Provider or HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy.
• Ability to complete pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT) and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and presence for executives and staff.
• Respond to threats and active shooter scenarios within client offices.
• Oversee security systems: locks, cameras, access control for operational integrity.
• Prepare and file detailed incident reports for GSPS leadership.
• Assist protective agents in field operations and secure transportation.
• Enforce security protocols on access, photography, and sensitive areas.
• Follow emergency protocols prioritizing safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Conduct area sweeps and live surveillance monitoring.
• Coordinate with visiting teams and facilities management.
