Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a Paint Technician to perform refinish work, color matching, and quality control in our California body shop. You will communicate vehicle progress, monitor processes, and ensure OEM standards are followed across blending, topcoat, and curing stages.

The role requires certifications in paint procedures and I-CAR credentials, plus prior refinishing experience. You’ll contribute to a fast-growing MSO known for People First and customer excellence.

Responsibilities

• Performs all refinish work according to specs.
• Matches paint colors using color charts.
• Communicates vehicle stages in the paint process.
• Monitors painting operations to identify flaws and correct causes.
• Mixes paints to match colors and vehicle finishes.
• Follows OEM standards for blending, topcoat, and curing.
• Applies logos and designs on painted surfaces per blueprint specs.
