Qualifications

• Certifications in paint procedures or equivalent training.
• I-CAR certifications or equivalent required.
• Prior refinish experience with automotive paints.
• Ability to receive and give direction and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs all refinish work according to specs.
• Match colors of paint following specified color charts.
• Communicate vehicle stage in paint process to team.
• Monitor painting operations for flaws and correct causes.
• Mix paints to match color specs and prepare surfaces.
