Elliman Capital is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in New York to drive origination volume through a hybrid work arrangement. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings and a full product menu.

You will leverage established referral networks, high-touch client service, and a tech-enabled workflow to move loans from application to close, while maintaining compliance and delivering a white-glove experience.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in New York or ability to obtain promptly.
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and client-first communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.
