Qualifications

• Mortgage loan origination experience required.
• State and federal licenses required.
• Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants and clients to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Consult with clients and analyze financial situations to determine appropriate loan products.
• Evaluate client financials and documents to ensure qualification.
• Advise and educate clients on home buying or refinancing process.
• Establish and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Stay up-to-date on Rocket Mortgage products and process changes.
• Represent Rocket Mortgage in civic and community functions to drive lead flow.
