Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale settings with cocktail focus.
• Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and techniques.
• Excellent guest services and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks per recipes.
• Upsell premium beverages and menu items to guests.
• Maintain organized, clean bar and sanitize tools.
• Restock bar supplies and operate bar equipment and POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff for coordinated service.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and age verification.
