Job summary

Tyson Foods - Finney County Plant in Holcomb, KS is seeking seasoned laborers for full-time positions across multiple shifts. The role focuses on heavy lifting, knife and hook handling, and maintaining production flow in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months prior experience in meat processing facility.
• Willing to work all shifts (Mon-Sat) and weekends.
• Able to perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in cold, damp, or hot environments.
• Must pass pre-employment urinalysis screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production flow while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Handle knives, hooks, and PPE as required for skilled positions.
• Stand, lift, push, pull, and move on tables or moving chains.
• Work across departments in a beef processing facility.
