Job summary

Tyson Foods, located at the Madison Plant, is hiring for a General Production Laborer. The role involves basic to intermediate knife work to trim and remove bones from meat products and may operate in any department within the pork processing facility.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to perform physical requirements including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching; lifting up to 65 lbs.
• Must be able to work in environments that are cold, damp, or hot depending on department and availability.

Responsibilities

• Reading order sheets.
• Locating and retrieving boxes from a two-story rack system.
• Placing boxes on a conveyor.
• Stacking boxes onto pallets.
• Arranging boxes directly in trucks.
• Ensuring proper box orientation and label visibility.
