Job summary

Requirements include at least 4 years in competitive swimming or coaching, current BLS, and the ability to obtain the Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Reading/writing ability at level required by job performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Masters swim workouts tailored to a diverse range of abilities.
• Provide analysis of swimming form and stroke mechanics with real-time feedback.
• Ensure safety by enforcing pool rules and responding to emergencies per aquatic protocols.
• Provide in-person support, communicating schedule changes and program updates.
• Inspect pool area and equipment; report maintenance needs and hazards.
• Oversee use and maintenance of swim team equipment; arrange repairs as needed.
• Represent the Masters swim program professionally with participants and partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
