Job summary

Truist in The Villages, FL, is seeking a Premier Banker to serve as the primary relationship manager for a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering a broad range of banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance solutions.

You will assess client needs, coordinate with financial planners and IRM partners, grow the client base, and provide outstanding service while maintaining regulatory compliance. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, plus required licenses, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning/advisory/insurance and investment concepts for mass affluent clients.
• SIE and FINRA licenses; Life, Health, and Variable; SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for mass affluent clients and deliver banking, mortgage, planning, investments and insurance solutions.
• Establish understanding of client financial needs and collaborate with financial advisors on investments and asset allocation.
• Stay informed on market trends and act as a financial planning resource for clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue and retention goals by developing new clients and cross-selling products.
• Coordinate with IRM partners to deliver integrated services and advocate for clients.
• Develop relationships with external centers of influence to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and policy frameworks.
• Contribute to Premier Banking program processes and service standards.
