Job summary

Axiom seeks M&A Lawyers to support our Fortune 500 client base across industries. Ideal candidates will have a strong M&A background and a proven track record in managing and executing complex transactions.

Located in San Francisco or Chicago, this is an active vacancy. Responsibilities include advising on deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, and coordinating large deal teams through closing and integration.

Qualifications

Active bar license in the state you reside.
Minimum 3+ years of experience handling complex M&A transactions at a law firm or in-house.
Experience on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, private equity, or fund investments.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and closing of agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents.
Coordinate activities of large deal teams and stakeholders for seamless deal execution.
Conduct and coordinate due diligence to identify legal risks and provide strategic guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and integration of transactions.
