Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems seeks linguists for NSA’s MDLA program to support SIGINT mission. You will analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials for policymakers and military leaders, and you will engage with partners across the Intelligence Community.

The LADP option provides intensive training and multiple operational tours. Applicants should have ILR level 2/2 proficiency in reading and listening, a relevant degree, and experience in language or related fields.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening in the target language.
• At least one year of relevant language or non-language experience.
• Leadership experience may be required for Full Performance and Senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate key information for policymakers.
• Research cultures and geopolitical context.
• Synthesize large data volumes from disparate sources; apply analytic methods.
• Collaborate with NSA analysts and IC partners on research and reporting.
