Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs in Bannockburn, IL is seeking a High Performance Tennis Professional to deliver elite training for competitive junior players and serve as an ambassador for our Junior program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with High Performance players.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for the game.
• Maintain current PTR or USPTA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist HP Manager in planning and delivering High Performance programs including sessions, camps, tournaments and events.
• Engage players with positive energy, encouragement and engagement in every practice.
• Ensure HP program aligns with Midtown brand standards and methodologies.
• Travel to domestic tournaments as required.
• Coach groups and self-generate private/semi-private lessons; teach adult programs when needed.
