Advantage Electric is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. You will supervise an Apprentice Electrician and receive advanced training toward a Master Electrician license.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a Minnesota Journeyman license, and strong communication skills. The position may require nights and weekend work and offers competitive pay in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years electrical trade experience and Minnesota Journeyman license.
• Residential electrical work experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Supervise and mentor an Apprentice Electrician on the job.
• Follow Electrical Code and ensure inspections pass.
• Use business software for scheduling, client interactions, and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service and safety guidance.
