Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Industrial HVAC Journeyman to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain large commercial and industrial systems across Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Madison, WI. This direct-hire position offers a union-friendly compensation structure and regional opportunities.

You will lead preventive maintenance, perform electrical diagnostics, and collaborate with facility leadership to ensure system reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman HVAC card with current union membership or willingness to join.
3+ years of verifiable commercial/industrial service experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of motor controls, wiring diagnostics, and building automation interfaces.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install large commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize uptime.
Perform electrical diagnostics and fault tracing on controls and drives.
Verify system operation through commissioning and validation before job completion.
Serve as technical advisor to facility directors and plant managers.
Mentor and guide apprentices on the jobsite.
