Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman HVAC Card and union membership willingness.
• Minimum 3 years servicing high-tonnage industrial/commercial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of motor controls, wiring diagnostics, and building automation interfaces.
• Ability to access rooftops, ladders, and restricted spaces safely.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install complex HVAC systems across regional sites.
• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize performance.
• Diagnose electrical faults and motor control issues with systematic testing.
• Verify commissioning and validation of mechanical networks before completion.
• Advise facility directors and plant managers on technical issues and sign-offs.
• Lead and mentor apprentices, coordinating with local pod dispatchers on workflow.
