Job summary

TheKey’s Concierge Nursing Referral Services connects private duty nurses (RN/LPN) and therapists with VIP clients seeking in-home care. Nurses set their own schedules as 1099 contractors, accepting cases that fit their availability.

Pay is client-based and negotiable, with private pay arrangements and weekly payroll for active contractors. Roles include in-home care ranging from hourly shifts to longer visits, with care emphasizing ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, and personal

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, and transportation to appointments.
• Deliver skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client\'s doctor within scope of practice.
• Complete all documentation according to agency policy and procedure.
• Communicate promptly with doctor, family, and office as needed.
• Coordinate and acquire necessary client supplies (DME, wound care, medications).
• Assist clients and/or families with training as required.
