Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience (preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate needs including supplies, DME, transport to appointments.
• Maintain timely documentation using digital tools and communicate with families and care team.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

Kenntnisse

Active RN License

2+ years nursing experience

Active CPR/BLS Certification

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.
