Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated personal trainers to deliver in-home sessions for clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will create personalized workout plans and track progress with the Svetness App.

We offer flexible scheduling, no non-compete, competitive pay ranging from $25 to $45 per hour, plus bonuses, liability insurance, and ongoing education. A supportive team and client-base are included.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national certs (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment for client use.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home personal training.
• Customize client workout programs from initial assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain scheduling and client appointments.
