Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes or nearby locations. You will tailor workouts from initial assessments and track progress using the Svetness App, building strong client relationships.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay in the $25–$45 range, and bonuses for retention and referrals, with liability coverage and ongoing education support to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification required for client safety.
• High School Diploma or GED + 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and technical.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. and travel to clients.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may lack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home/in-apartment gym sessions.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for programming, notes, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct form with/without modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client sessions using Svetness scheduling software.
• Create flexible schedules to meet client availability.
• Commute to client sessions within a 45-minute radius.
