Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by a recognized certifying body.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing calisthenics.
• Personal training equipment to support sessions when clients lack gear.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and manage client appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs; travel up to 45 minutes.
