Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design customized workouts, track progress with the Svetness App, and adapt plans as clients advance.

This role emphasizes scheduling flexibility, ongoing client support, and growth opportunities within a supportive team. Trainers receive access to education resources and a liability-insured environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification to ensure client safety.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing athletic calisthenics.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personal training in clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor spaces.
• Design and customize workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications if needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain and manage client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
