Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will customize programs from initial assessments, record progress in the Svetness App, and guide clients toward their goals with professional coaching.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential from an accredited body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up to date.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness knowledge across a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction in client homes or outdoor settings.
• Use Svetness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate clients.
• Be willing to commute up to 45 minutes for sessions.
