Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness experiences at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors. Join a supportive team focused on client results and professional growth.

You will train individuals and couples, tailor programs from assessments, and track progress using the Svetness App. This role emphasizes flexibility, accessibility, and ongoing education and support.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national credentialing (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification and up-to-date training.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living.
• Experience with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may not have equipment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples workouts in home, apartment gym, or outdoor locations.
• Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes.
