Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness programs directly at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will work one-on-one or with couples, guiding clients toward their goals with tailored workouts and ongoing support.

Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for programming, tracking progress, and client communication. This role offers flexibility, ongoing education, and a client-base provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credential.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Education and experience: high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Possession of basic training equipment for client sessions, as clients may lack equipment.
• Reliable transportation to commute to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize client workouts based on Initial Assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with/without modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Manage client appointments via Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients.
• Commute to client sessions within a 45-minute radius.
