As part of the role, you will customize client programs, utilize the Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes, and maintain scheduling efficiency while helping clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor locations.
• Create customized workout programs from initial assessments.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct regular reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and manage client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
• Travel to clients' locations within a 45-minute radius.
