Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver one-on-one and couples sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will guide clients toward their fitness goals with personalized programs and monitor progress using our Svetness App.

The role offers flexibility, education resources, loyalty bonuses, and a focus on professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accreditation by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs from the initial assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with/without modifications.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks and maintain appointments via Svetness scheduling.
• Provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to client sessions within 45 minutes.
